Delivery Policy

Products are made to order. All UK packages are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, and can be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

For international orders, packages are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. Delivery to Europe takes 3-5 working days, and delivery to the rest of the world in 5-7 working days.

Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your payment or cleared funds.

Returns Policy

If your product is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 7 working days and send a photograph of the damage so that we can send a replacement. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know straight away and return the print within 7 working days. If we receive it in perfect condition we will give you a full refund of the sale price. However you would have to pay for the return postage.
